(March 8, 2023, 2:29 am)I stopped here the other morning for some donuts for my kids. They had a good variety, and the donuts were very fresh. The girl that was working at the counter that morning was very nice and got my order together quickly. I was very happy with the service and our donuts.

Ellen is the nurse practitioner that actually performs the hair removal. She made me feel so comfortable and was so kind and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Milan Laser!

Ellen is very talented and always making sure that you feel well before, while, and after the treatment! All questions are answered in details even the most simplest question! They have a lot of knowledge about Laser removal topic!
Araceli and Ellen smile makes you feel that they know you for long time! I meet the clinic manager once but she was also very knowledgeable
I really in love with this location and would refer anyone to go there without any hesitation! -

(October 7, 2022, 4:20 pm)I’ve been a client here for just a few months and have had 2 sessions so far and have seen AMAZING results - over 50% hair loss which is much more than I was expecting so soon, and I could not be happier! The treatments are not painless but they are DEFINITELY bearable and 100% worth it. The women here are wonderful, lovely, and so fun to talk to; I enjoy my experience every time. 10/10 recommend Milan Laser and this specific location.

Araceli (front desk) always greets me with a smile and offers me water which I gladly take. Kelcey (manager) always checks on me after the service to see if I have any concerns or issues. They are all very nice and accommodating. I like how they have a nurse practitioner (Ellen) providing the service. Ellen is professional and makes me feel comfortable and always ask if I need anything. The clinic is very clean and the washroom is stocked with razors, deodorant, face wash, aloe and sunscreen. 5 stars! I recommend this clinic to everyone !

(September 29, 2022, 10:24 pm)I highly recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal! The staff (Araceli, Kelcey, Ellen) are very friendly and understanding. Definitely worth the cost. The medical team is also great with reaching out regarding any issues you might have. Although all of the NPs at the other locations were great, Ellen, the nurse practitioner at the Bloomingdale location, went above and beyond during my sessions. Her attention to detail, empathy, knowledge, and care was excellent. I have not encountered a provider as kind and as attentive as her. Milan should be proud to have her on their team!
