    Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping us choose an insurance plan that was right for us. He made a confusing and scary situation much more tolerable.

    Tim was very helpful when we were insurance shopping. He gave us quotes from several companies and was able to answer all of our questions down to the smallest detail. We went with the one that was the most affordable and suited our needs. Great to do business with Midwest Insurance Center!

    Excellent service and 'talk to a person' right away type place. Personal. When I was rear ended, I was constantly updated on the current status of things. Quite honestly, didn't want to leave this company, but for the current times, I had to make difficult decisions, and although other companies may offer cheaper rates, I think that the extra cost to this company will prove its worth very quickly. Time will tell, but around where I lived, Erie was the name you only heard positive praise about. I'll miss having them, and once I'm in a more stable position, plan to someday come back. I will continue to point people their directions.

    Tim at Midwest Insurance was super responsive when I contacted them to find quality, less expensive car and home insurance. He did a thorough evaluation of our needs and recommended changes to better protect us. He also found a company that was less expensive with better coverage. We also love that this is local and if we ever need to talk to them for in person support vs. phone only; we have that option too. We definitely recommend them.
