I had a mother-daughter day with my 31 year old daughter and she wanted to buy some cloths at lane Bryant. At the Oswego store Shirley treated us like royalty. She was helpful with measuring and gave such good advice on the right fitting of cloths. They had a good sale and my daughter was happy with her purchases. The store was also clean. I needed to use the restroom and was allowed to use the one in the back without hesitation. At other stores they say they don’t have a public restroom. We were so comfortable shopping at lane Bryant Oswego that we’ll return.

By far my favorite location. It's been a little rough to buy my size online lately, so I tried in store none available. They need to have more sizes available.
