My husband and I chose MC Billiards because of the good reviews regarding their customer service. They exceeded our expectations.

Mike helped me schedule the appointment to have a pool table assembled and felted. He patiently explained some of the more technical elements. He was easy to work with and I never felt pressured to purchase anything unnecessary. It worked out that they were able to set the appointment within a week, so that was even better.

Chad and David came out to assemble and felt the table. They were courteous, and easy to work with.

The quality of the work is excellent. The table plays very well. Can't wait to play more on our table!

Chad and his team are remarkable! They moved and re-felted my pool table and their work was perfect and the guys were efficient and knowledgeable. Chad is one the the nicest guys I’ve ever met and he truly enjoys and cares about his work and it is absolutely reflected in his quality of work. HIGHLY recommend MC billiards!

Great local billiards store with very helpful employees that’s not trying to over sell you on the vast selection of cues, accessories or game room items they have in stock. They let me chill for over an hour to take in and get a fell of all the pool cues showing me benefits of one to the other as well as letting me hit some balls with the cues I had interest in before my purchase. I first contacted them to level a used, new to me table that I thought I hired professionals to move and set up, but I wouldn’t be writing this review if they had. I wish I would have knew about these outstanding professionals before hand, would have saved me time and money. Good small business that looks out for veterans as well which is always a plus in my book. I’ll be going back, if your in the market check em out your going to be happy you did.

MC Billiards helped me feel at ease with the purchase of my pool table. The install was quick and professional, also every time I’ve gone back to ask questions they answer them and take care of me. They have great customer service and not pushy or overbearing at all. I will go back as I continue to work on my man cave and they sell plenty of other items.
