(July 9, 2019, 8:00 pm)I have used ABT for several projects and I thought I would give Magnolia a try for my latest one. Because they were close to the house that we were redoing. I am very disappointed and will never use them again. They require 100% payment upfront before they do anything so you have no leverage. They were supposed to have my project done in one week and it ended up taking more than four weeks. In hindsight, ABT was awesome to work with by comparison. I will say that the service guys at the house did a great job but the sales people and the policies are bad.
