    The staff at Lock and Key went above and beyond. I needed key copies made and when I went up to the door, it was locked. I was about to leave, but an employee was in their service van parked out front and was ready to head out on a service call.
    Instead, they unlocked the building and made a couple of quick key copy for me in just a few minutes. I thought that was really special, considering that I could have simply come back at any time, but they really wanted to take care of my needs right then and there. Highly recommended, thank you!

    The panic bar lock on our shop’s door broke right before I was going out of town. Kevin made us a priority and came out within an hour, took apart the whole assembly, found the problem, fixed it and put it all back together in about 40 minutes. Very reasonable fee and excellent service - I highly recommend to any small business in the area!

    My wife and I recently purchased a new house. Lock and Key Highland was professional and courteous when I called and I brought several cylinders to their location to be rekeyed. Also had several keys made during the same visit.The pricing is very reasonable and the service was performed promptly. Will not hesitate to use them in the future. Highly recommended. A+.
