Ordered new winter boots online at the beginning of 2022 after getting a recommendation from a friend; needed to exchange for a different size and chose to go into the store. We were greeted right away and assisted by an employee in the footwear section who was lovely. I had asked about the style of tying the laces that they have on the display boots and she offered to tie them for me in prep for the late 2022/2023 winter season. The recommendation for the boots came from someone who has worn the same pair for multiple years so looking forward to getting many years out of these.
