(July 7, 2021, 1:20 pm)I scheduled an appointment at this place a few month ago and I am pretty happy with the quality of the service and the professionalism, The lady at front desk is not your mom so don't expect her to sugar coat anything for you, but she is respectful. Owner is diligent and takes pride and responsibility on his business so if you have any issue maybe call the office and ask to speak with him before ranting on google about something that may have a solution and great outcome for everyone.
I will be coming back soon to spray a tailgate. I recommend this business and it deserve more than 4.0 starts for sure -

Called and scheduled an appointment earlier in the week. They were up front about cost and how much time it would take. I told them I was coming from the Orland park area and they offered me a ride to downtown sycamore or dekalb so I wouldn’t have to wait in the showroom.
Wasn’t bad though. Just spent time on my iPad and about two hours later (quoted time) it was done, and damn it was impressive.
They showed me the coating before paying for it and it looks perfect. Very even, clean looking. Looks exactly as advertised. Couldn’t be happier. Talked to three different people while I was there and all of them were friendly. Highly recommend line x and this specific location.
