If you choose Lilac Medical Center/Woodridge Clinic and Dr. Umang Patel as your long term medical provider I will guarantee you that you will be impressed with his “all hands on deck” client interactive goals. I’ve been with them since the mid 1990’s.
First of all, you will be treated as an individual whose needs, treatment, overall well being is important and valuable.
Their follow up is aggressive and timely. They operate in real-time follow up and action. Example: As soon as your doctor sees a test result and makes a notation you will get a phone call with the results. If you don’t pick up, no worries because you’ll get a text.
Whether you’re in for an appointment or on the phone, each doctor and every team member always gives time.
Having doubtless confidence in your medical provider and their staff is an incredible addition to one’s life.
My commute used to be 5 minutes, now it’s 1 1/2 hours. I look forward to each check up. That’s how good they are.

Every since I walked in for the first time, people are being so friendly. They are very professional. I am glad that I found them.

I live in the loop, it is usually a one hour commute to see Dr. Umang Patel. During rush hour the drive can be an hour and a half. I usually opt for the highest level of insurance so I can stay with my doctor. 15 years Dr. Patel has been part of my life, literally, because without his care I might not be here. The staff at Lilac Medical is always compassionate and welcoming. Virginia recieves me like a friend and Carlisa is always bubbly and encouraging, especially when I confront the scale. From Dr. Donnie to Dr. Patel, I am always assured I am in the best hands. Part of my selfcare is knowing the professionals in my life are the best for me. I will drive from anywhere to be in the hands who most care.

I love Lilac Park Medical Center!
I travel from East Dundee to see them bc they are amazing. I always feel comfortable in their care. Nursing staff is great! Dr. Vijay is the best doctor I have ever had.
Can't seem to part ways with the wonderful clinic.
