Great and friendly staff. I have also purchased online and had fast shipping. Had issues with a green pool our first year.... they had me purchase almost every product available and found out they didn’t have the correct volume of water when they kept testing. It all depends on whom you get to give your information to at the counter I guess for correct information. The best way these days has just been shock or super shock with algicide for the pool. We also had a chlorine tab floater. That was all. Had 2 good summers now without adding all the other chemicals and it was clear the entire season.
