Eric Lindemulder at Legacy Insurance Group is amazing. He is extremely responsive, and he takes time to explain things, even if they don't relate directly to our insurance policy. For example, I emailed him a few weeks back in the middle of a downpour to ask about our flood insurance policy. :) He responded THAT SAME EVENING, even though it was after hours, and followed up again first thing the next morning.
