We were greeted with a friendly faces and smiles, Nick Flowers, (Manager) went out of his way to make us feel so welcomed upon our arrival.
Our first impression was the hotel was very clean and smelled great, Our room had everything we needed, We split our stay into 2 different trips, On our second arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff, They wanted to make sure we had everything thing we needed.
The Fresh baked cookies was a bonus when we checked in each time.
We ate Breakfast in the restaurant each morning, the Food was Excellent, nice variety, Great coffee!
If you are looking to stay at a hotel close to the airport, I highly recommend you stay at the Double tree Hotel, Chicago- Arlington. -

(March 29, 2023, 5:31 pm)I don't know about all the bad reviews. I had a very pleasant experience. Got in front desk offered me my water. I had used the app. Room was very clean. The best was the showers water pressure. That is very important.
