This is an old-fashioned neighborhood hardware store. A little bit of everything. The store was rebuilt a couple years ago. The aisles are wider and better lit. The staff will show you where something is, then take the time to answer questions. They will explain the advantages of one brand over another, and even steered me away from the highest priced item. In the winter there was the typical shovels and salt, but they had a nice selection of dry ribs, marinades, and grilling tools (yeah! I scored 3 gifts for the hard to shop for! They have tons of bits and pieces, and basic tools~~electric, battery powered, and manual~~that most of us need to make simple repairs, but don't get until we are in a bind! Hence my 8:30 am trip. They had what I needed at a reasonable price and hints on how to fix my problem. What more could I ask!?

Walked in, and was immediately asked if I needed assistance. Employee found everything I needed. Great neighborhood hardware store.

Every time my husband and I walk into Lakeview Ace (it’s newly renovated as well) we are always greeted, asked how they can help us and they make sure we have everything we need to do our projects.

We are renovating our new home and Joe (The Owner) helped walk us through all the products we had questions on and had an answer for every question we had.

His team was also very friendly and the cashier was so patient with us in handling our gift cards and welcomed us back after we forgot to get new keys made.
