Dave and Mike and the rest of the team are fantastic. Have used them for several years and they do a great job winterizing and prepping boats for the season. Very pleased with professionalism and affordability. Also very responsive to any questions or concerns.

I would recommend to anyone I purchased a boat from another g3 dealer had numerous issues they attempted to fix my f problems 3 times with no success then quit answering my calls for resolution so finally gave up and went to lake marine the owner Dave got g3 to warranty issues and johnny the service tech fixed 100% of issues was way impressed thanks again for the great service

The team at Lake Marine did a great job with my G3. Had lost power to bilge, horn, aerator and bow sonar. The team thoroughly investigated the issues and determined appropriate corrective action. The work was done efficiently and the boat was charged when returned. Appreciated the attention to detail. And the new trailer hubs are awesome.

I have been a customer of Lake Marine & RV since April 2021. If I was given the opportunity to go back in time and change anything, it would not be my decision to order a brand new pontoon boat with Lake Marine & RV.

To start off, initially there were some mistakes that Lake Marine & RV made earlier on in the past that caused me some issues but they did correct those issues to my satisfaction. The company also has changed since then having gone through a major change of personnel by firing and replacing almost all of the management and some underperforming staff with management and employees that I can tell are the right fit for the business. Since then I have seen major improvement the last couple of months from where things were during the first quarter of this year. That being said, I do believe that they have learned from their mistakes not to repeat them and they are growing in the right direction.

I also will say that the owner Dave Piersall cares about his customers and he is very fair in trying to resolve any issues you may have. He certainly did that for me multiple times.

Contrary to negative reviews on various websites, I disagree with the reviews that claim Dave lacks accountability because I have seen through my own eyes that Dave has made a good faith effort to be decent and honest with me and he has in fact taken accountability for past issues of mine that Lake Marine & RV caused. For example, a fender bender happened to my truck in the parking lot at Lake Marine which they were responsible for. Immediately after the accident occurred, Dave took responsibility for the accident and Lake Marine paid to replace my tail gate with new OEM parts. He did everything in his power to make sure my tail gate is a high quality part painted to match my truck to my satisfaction and for the back of it to be rhino lined. I can’t say what happened in situations that other customers experienced because I wasn’t there but in my case there has not been a situation where Lake Marine did anything wrong to me and denied responsibility.

Overall, Lake Marine & RV has treated me very well and they have been great to me in my book. A company that is accountable like they have been with me and an owner and management that is conscientious about making improvement and working hard to earn your business to keep you coming back as a happy customer is the kind of company you want to do business with. That is Lake Marine & RV which I highly recommend.

I don't write reviews... I am one of those people that read them all the time but never actually write them because its a waste of time but in this case I had to. The team over at Lake Marine and RV crushed it. They helped me redesign my boat by repainting and resurfacing the boat and applied the decals. The boat looks brand new (see pics). I would suggest bringing the boat to the shop and having them give you a quote and work on a time to bring it in. They do good work which means they get busy. They do a lot of work over the winter for boats that people drop off which makes a ton of sense. Before I was allowed to pick up the boat, Dave the owner had to inspect it. I didn't mind. Really shows that they take pride in their work and ownership takes responsibility for the quality of the work. Those are people I like doing business with. Great Job Guys!
