They scheduled an appointment for us really quick and on the next day our issue with heavily clogged kitchen sink was resolved. I got a call from the company to inform me that the plumber was running late and to apologize for the inconvenience and then another call to let me know he's on his way. The plumber was Cody Mitchell, he found out what the problem was really fast, explained every detail and made sure he did the best he could. We are happy with their service and recommend 100%. Had Cody from Lake Cook Plumbing out to give us an overview of our plumbing equipment at our recently purchased home. He was extremely helpful, assessed all of our faucets, and gave us a quote to replace our hose bib and water heater (both of which are original to the house - so 20 years old). He gave us lots of great tips and answered all of our questions. There was no sales pressure on the quotes, and I was extremely happy with the service.

The office staff are reliable and organized and they communicate very well. The plumbers come when they say they will, prompt, very courteous of our home and very clean.
