The experience was great, the automatic machine has many key options to choose, and it is fast, and takes credit cards.my only concern was that the specialty keys that somebody have to made and send it to me took more than a week to delivery and the keys were not buffered. Other than that I highly recommend the automatic service at Menard's.

Keys worked fine. Would have been faster at a hardware store. Almost everytime I want a key made it has to be mailed to me. Not sure why?

We got our door keys duplicated through this service. They worked great. Get them in a week's time. No issues with any of the keys, except for the tape they use to secure it to the cardboard envelop they send to you. All 4 of our keys are sticky and need some goo-be-gone. Not a huge deal, but a small inconvenience.
