My experience with renting from this property group was amazing. Kenton was very responsive, helpful and kind throughout my time living there. Would highly recommend this property group.

I have rented from Kenton Realty Group for approximately 2 years and loved my Pilsen apartment! The landlord was always respectful of our privacy and would always ask to enter our home. A 24 hour notice was always given with very prompt replies. If anything needed to be fixed, it was easy to contact him and find an answer. It never felt uncomfortable asking for help like it is with other landlords.

I loved my apartment so much I really wish I did not have to move. It is always hard to find landlords who are friendly and helpful!

We moved into a property managed by Kenton back in 2020 in East Pilsen and we were moving from out of state. Kenton made it easy to speak to the then current tenant about the neighborhood and property and we were able to view videos and photos prior to moving in. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, we reached out to Kenton and he would arrange to be there within 24 hours and address the issue. When we decided to renew our lease, Kenton was gracious to keep the current rate for another year and was responsive when our lease ended after two years and we were moving back out of state. I would recommend using Kenton Realty Group when looking for properties to lease throughout the Chicago area!

Kenton is a true expert in real estate. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with, and doesn’t play any of the games that a lot of agents play. I highly recommend using him.
