I've only been here a few times as I'm new to the area, but I have never had to wait as there are a few girls working here unlike some places where there are only 1 or 2 girls. The rooms and towels always seem to be cleaned. The massage itself has always been A+ regardless of which masseuse I got, it always feel like they're putting 110% into it. There's a big focus on the back and shoulders which is why I love this place.
