(July 21, 2022, 5:29 am)I had to be towed To JX Peterbilt in Bolingbrook because of the after treatment system on my 579 and they were very nice people. Gave me a estimate time of how long it would be until they could get me into the shop and we’re pretty accurate. As an O/o I stayed in my truck because I have an apu and everything I need. The only thing that I wish that would be taken into consideration; is that if someone is waiting in their truck on you property maybe you should pump them up in line for repair. I only have 1 truck and others in front of me might have several and my repair only took a day of repair. Yes I understand it’s first come first serve but I’m not coming in for preventative maintenance or oil change. Still was pleased with the service and I’m back on the road with no issues at this point. My repair was done on July 19, 2022 .
