(March 17, 2023, 3:43 pm)The staff is friendly, effective, and diligent. Herman Santiago, the general manager, gave it his all to get my battery replaced so that I could make it to work on time even though I required a new one and was running late. He and his employee Rick are excellent.

(December 28, 2022, 5:13 pm)I went to buy a new battery before the artic freeze and I had heard that they will install it if there was easy access. The young man did and was very nice. He helped me with the locking mechanism of the hood too because it wasn't working because of rust. He got it working again, all with a good attitude!

(November 7, 2022, 3:48 pm)Mariano and his crew have been excellent in customer service since I started to visit this store. I would give 6 stars if there was a such rating. They are resourceful and kind. For example, my car broke down on a street last week and I sought help from them. They offered excellent diagnosis for the problem and even let me borrow their tools. Moreover, Mariano and Mis even gave me a ride to where the car was and helped me with push start. This store will be the best place for your maintenance needs for your vehicle.
