Amazing experience! First time in a car accident and Bob was fantastic to work with. He helped me to make my car safe to drive until the parts came in to fix the car, and he gave me updates anytime I needed them. The picture is the before and now it looks like it came right of the lot! Beautiful work! I have taken my kids cars to Bob for various mishaps and the work has always been excellent. Care was always taken to make sure the work was done right. Never any issues with them working with my insurance company and the time I paid out of pocket the price was very fair. I will recommend Joliet Collision to everyone. Check out the waiting area it has a cool vintage vibe my kids loved it.

The best auto repair shop around!! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. My car always comes back perfect, literally perfect.... Bob & Danny are AMAZING at what they do and it always reflects in their work. I am also huge on customer service & they never fail to impress me with their above and beyond customer service! They are always very honest with me and explain everything thoroughly and patiently answer any questions that I have. To me, its very important to have a mechanic you can fully trust, and I must say, I trust this shop 10000000%. If I could, I would give this shop 100 stars.
