Very professional and did an amazing job on my well pump installation

Jim and Jeff came out to our house, on time, this morning. They flushed out my well and installed a new stainless steel pump. They also replaced my holding tank with all new plumbing, guages and switches. I was very impressed with their work and knowledge of the repairs. They were very polite and even removed their boots when they entered the house. I can't speak highly enough of them. Even the lady in the office was a sweet as can be. Awesome job guys! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. Even my neighbor was impressed and took a business card from them. Parts have a 5 year warranty and 1 year on labor. Keep up the great work guys! Give them a call!

My Moms pressure tank went bad, flooded the basement, and the pressure switch shorted out and burned up. My Mom call the office and Jim called right back and walked my sister and I thru disconnecting the switch, and how to check the tank, and other things to do to get thru the night. He called before he left his business to let us know when he would be at the house, he was beyond professional and knowledgeable about all that needed to be fixed, within 30 min. we had water, and water pressure like never before. He and his co worker cleaned up everything, and Jim then explained everything that caused the problem, the work he had done and told us if there’s anymore issues to call him and he’d come right out to rectify the problem.
My experience with Joes Well and Pump was by far, hands down the best experience in a very long time. Very, very happy!!!

This company was recommended to me by a neighbor and I can't say enough good things about them. Never having a well before, I was clueless and worried it was going to cost a fortune. Jim took the time to explain everything to me and give me all of my options. He even came out on a Sunday to do the repairs and was very fair with pricing.
