Small location, but the staff is fast and friendly and professional. Very communicative, and I liked that the staff was friendly even with each other which is always a good sign.

They also let you know of any discounts they can offer, which is a huge plus.

Didn’t have to go into the office to pay, either.

Ronnel & Toby were excellent! I called ahead and spoke with Ronnel who answer all my initial questions perfectly. When I arrived Ronnel and Toby were immediately attentive and helpful at getting the process started. Toby even checked my air tire pressure as well. This is truly elite service, I’ll be recommending friends to this location in the future.

Great staff! I’ve always taken all my family cars to this location for a quick and fast oil change and it’s always been very convenient , with multiple techs working together I’d recommend this location for anyone within the Skokie area.

Lorenzo and Rondel were very friendly and knowledgeable! In a good way, not typical for your standard run of the mill service techs… very pleased with my visit.
