Our salesman, Dan, introduced himself and pointed us in the right direction to what we were looking for, and then let us browse until we were ready to purchase. Dan was great and we got a good deal on a new recliner. We have shopped at Ashley before and always have had a good experience!

Greta was amazing! She showed me several different types and colors of the love seat recliner I was looking for. She ensured that I bought the love seat I was satisfied with. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy or annoying like most sales people. I would definitely come back and buy from her again.

I know people who have had a negative experience with furniture stores and delivery recently. We previously had good luck with Ashley furniture, so when looking for a new sectional I went there to look. Our experience was great from beginning to end. The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. We were able to schedule delivery quickly because our item was in stock. The delivery process was extremely smooth, with email and text notifications throughout the process. The delivery men were polite, quick, cleaned everything up before they left, and set up our furniture perfectly. Great experience all around .
