Irma Ahmed, MD - Retina Macula Specialists P.C.

This is my first time I'm writing a review for someone, whom I think deserves one, I am talking about Dr Ahmed and her staff. I have been seeing Dr Ahmed for over a year now. When I first went to her I was blind in one eye and losing sight in my other eye. She told me straight up, exactly what she was going to try and do for me. And she gave me pamphlets for my my son and I to read so I knew what to expect down the line. As of today, I can see out of both eyes and I am grateful to her for everything she has done for me. As for her staff, I have no words to describe how kind and helpful they are to me. They work around my son's schedule and mine to accommodate us. I have never met a Dr and staff as loving, caring, and helpful as they are. And I just want to say that I am not related to the negative comments that Jocelyn manzanares has left on here. Dr. Ahmed is no way near what she put on her review. much appreciated to you and your staff Dr. Ahmed.

Dr. Ahmed and her staff have been nothing but professional when it comes to taking care of my mom and restoring her vision. Dr. Ahmed and staff have been more than flexible in making sure they help my mom with proper appointment times and working around my work schedule so that I am able to bring my mom to her appointments. They have been very caring and understanding towards my mom's needs and what needs to be done to help restore her vision. Dr. Ahmed is very knowledgeable about retina repair not only to my mom, but to her other patients of all ages. I thank Dr. Ahmed and staff for taking great care of my mom

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed’s for over four years. I have had Diabetes for over 30 years, and was diagnosed with Macular Edema over four years ago. I remember how nervous I was after my first appointment for the health of my eyes, as the prognosis was not good. Dr. Ahmed and her staff have treated me very professionally and have answered all Of my questions over the years. Dr Ahmed has kept my eyes healthy through treatments and thorough preventative measures over the past four years. I could not be happier with my experience at Retina Macular Specialists and Dr. Ahmed. Any time you have to go to an eye doctor specialist it is not a good situation. Dr. Ahmed and her staff have made that experience pleasant and positive. The key for me has been to listen to Dr. Ahmed’s advice for treatment. I have full confidence in Dr. Ahmed and her staff, and will tell anybody she is the only reason my eyes are healthy today.😎

Doctor Ahmed is very thorough in her giving exams and explaining the results.
I had issue and need to see her, when my wife developed eye problems I immediately recommended Dr. Ahmed, and was not disappointed. She is helping my wife with the diabetic condition in her eye and we have all the confidence that my wife's problem is being taken care of and was found before it got much worse.
We would recommended to to any ofmour family or friends!
