Absolutely awesome experience buying a Weber grill here. Knowledgeable team made it very easy and they assembled/delivered my grill for no charge. Matt even came back the same night to deliver a missing piece unsolicited. Could not recommend this store and team enough.

My BIL went to get tennis balls for my husbands walker and they not only had tennis balls but they cut them and installed them! So nice when a business goes the extra mile! Thanks to all the great people that work there-always ready to help in any way!!!

I have to say I haven't shopped much at Ace Hardware however, my opinion has drastically changed based on one phone call. We ordered some expensive decorative lights and of course one didn't work - was so disappointed. Absolutely LOVED the convenience of their shipping option directly from the store to our home which is close by. When we called - they gave me to the manager Matt (no ifs or ands) he certainly made the situation right - much easier and very convenient regarding a replacement. He ordered a replacement bulb (no questions asked) and said it would be delivered in 2 days. Made me very very happy! Didn't have to sit on hold or call an 800 number and wait for 30 minutes or even return to the store. Very happy with our purchase and absolutely love the lights. Thank you Ace Hardware and Matt for making the process so easy !!! We get tired of hanging on the phone and literally begging for a replacement when there is a problem with a product. We also wanted an extra bulb I didn't order and he ordered that too along with the replacement and will deliver both on Friday. He said we'll worry about the money later. Just so convenient !!!!! Thank you again! Definitely will shop at Ace in the future !!! Very nice folks.

Great little hardware store around the corner. The folks are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stop in here often for bits and bobs we need to complete our home projects!
