Nikki and the staff of In Touch Funeral are truly amazing, and it was a blessing to have her handle it all. From the beginning, Nikki came over and handled the funeral arrangements for the sudden loss of my beloved nephew. She was very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond my expectations by handling everything with so much compassion, ease, and professionally. She advised the family of the process and was very supportive through it all. She even assisted with the life insurance claims process.
Let's talk about her work on my handsome nephew. My nephew was a young man at only 30 years old, and thanks to the amazing job Nikki did, she made him look like himself and ensured his hair was done, which made him look even better. I was in awe of the work she did because he looked so peaceful.. so much that it looked like he was sleeping. I have been to several wakes and know that after death, loved ones look very different than themselves, but thanks to Nikki, she made my nephew look like his usual handsome self. She is truly gifted, and this is her calling.

Being our family's first time needing to plan arrangements for an immediate loved one so close to us, Nikki faciltated all aspects of the funeral arrangements which inlcuded a video with tons of pictures and made herself available during all hours of the day to answer all our questions as well as other family members who were inquiring about the funeral arrangements. She was extremely accommodating to all of our requests.
Nikki also informed us of the different obituary options and helped us create an obituary booklet full of pictures. She also did an amazing job on the funeral details she posted on the website so that they can be shared with family and friends.
During the viewing of my beloved nephew, she consistently checked up on us to make sure that things were going smoothly and to see if we were okay. She did a wonderful job on the placement of the flowers and even gave us extra time to be with my nephew.
She truly showed her compassion and love when she spoke during the church service, which was so comforting. She handled everything from the church singers to the pastor speaking as well as the order of the transportation to the burial site. Once we arrived at the burial, Nikki ensured everything was in order and that the family was comforted and even went as far as making sure my nephews song that he wrote and sung was played. Furthermore, after the burial was completed, Nikki called us and came over to make sure everything went smoothly. Mrs Brown with In touch, Funeral Services did a spectacular job with my mom’s funeral memorial service. She was patient and thorough with every aspect of the arrangements. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody I know. Everyone was thoroughly satisfied..

My experience with this service was nothing less than exceptional. Literally from start to finish, I felt supported and assisted with kindness throughout the entire process. It was difficult for me to making decisions about the services I wanted to have but Ms. Brown was really genuine (truly a sweetheart), professional, and made it easy with helping me make a decision. They really had my loved one looking amazing. Seriously, I was worried and concerned about how everything would turn out because I never heard of this particular funeral service. But once it came time to have the service, everything turned out way better than I expected and more. I gave 5 stars because it was a rough process and I never had to bury a loved one in my life. In Touch made things very settling for me. I’m grateful that I made the right choice. The experience I had was relieving. Our brother death was sudden and he had no insurance I made so many calls with no help. I called in touch and she made me feel so relief from the stress I was trying to take from my mom. In touch was professional kept us in touch with everything throughout the process. Great place to stay. Clean, quiet rooms. Very comfy beds and clean linens/ towels. Housekeeping staff does a great job. Harry and Danny at the front end are extremely friendly and attentive to all of your needs. Plus they allow dogs!
