Literally the best place to rent a storage. Bruce & Chris has been such a help. Chris got me in my unit quickly & Bruce helped me leave smoothly. You won’t regret renting here.

Extra Space storage, Mundelein location. Clean, convenient facility. Chris, the manager - very friendly, takes time to explain and show everything thoroughly. Chris made me feel very welcome, my business was appreciated. So far very pleasant experience in all aspects.

Big shout out to Bruce - he was so kind and helpful while assisting us with leasing a storage unit. This was our first time doing so and he was very thorough in explaining how the property operates and what type of unit would best suit our needs. The property itself is very secure and peaceful.

I rented a 5 x 10 ft unit with this company about 8 or 9 years ago and had a good experience so when i needed to get storage again I didn't hesitate to go back. Great prices online and if you pay in advance it locks that low price in for you which makes it the best deal instead of paying monthly.
I am renting an indoor climate controlled unit that you can drive right up to it which is key! No walking thru long narrow corridors, plenty of space to get things moved in or out easily. I got a unit that has 2 doors to it. It let's more light in to see my stuff and cost the same as the same unit w just 1 door so I went for that. Helpful to put stuff in or take stuff out too. 1 photo is from outside and other photo is from inside while empty.

I have recently rented(Townline Road, Mundelein) the space, I was not having an idea about the services and offers by the location. Chris from the location was really helpful and explained about the services offered by the company and benefits for the customer. He is an excellent asset for company… I really enjoyed the services and hospitality provided. Thank You Chris..

the food is absolutely amazing. my mother and i have been ordering from here for as long as I can remember and they've always been so amazing with taking orders and hospitality. wonderful service and staff. 10/10 highly recommend. their food is so flavorful and delicious. the dumplings are made fresh every time and the sweet and sour chicken is amazing. the food never takes more than 40 minutes to arrive and the driver is so nice. the prices are so good and the quality of the food is always fresh. they have great diet soda options and their soups are SO good

The damn delivery guy kept my change without asking if I needed it back. Over four dollars. I'm literally across the street and he was late. Next time I'll walk over.

Update I got a response from the owners. I am happy they are taking measures to keep local customers happy
