I love Heal Thyself counseling service. I was having a hard time finding a therapist. Honestly, I was ready to give up on it until I started seeing Cara, she’s has been helping me more ways than one. She’s professional, empathetic, and compassionate. Thank you for helping me heal thyself!

I’ve been attending therapy for about a year and it has been and still is life changing. My therapist Erica is really good at what she does. Very personable and fair. True healing is taking place because my sessions are authentic and she offers a more beneficial way of thinking and navigating certain life experiences. Her patience allows me to be just as patient with myself and helps me understand that it is a process, and no matter where I am in the process, things are OK.

Ms.Lewis is an Amazing help in the Counseling field! She really does what she does Very well. It has never really felt like what you would imagine a Counseling session would be. She’s very professional and easy to talk to, and before you know it, you too will begin to see so many opportunities and ways of getting out of whatever state of mind that may have brought you in. She has great Counseling and Cooping skills to help you overcome those obstacles of everyday life that we face. With her services she will do all that she can in order to help you get through your challenging times. She’s very professional and is a champion for those of us who sometimes feel like things are too much. She told me after I started that, if I stayed focused and applied some of the exercises and just gave myself a chance, that my life would change within 6 months, and it has for me, and I can now see the life that I deserved and have been wanting to live. She is truly a God send, Thank you so much Ms.Lewis, Thank you.

The staff at Rent-a-Center are absolutely awesome! The customer service is outstanding. They are always willing to listen to the customer in order to help the customers resolve what ever issues they may have. I am thoroughly impressed with my home store on Joe Orr Rd. Heal Thyself Counseling has been a place of healing, self-discovery and solitude for me. I have been with Erika for over a year now and feel blessed to have found her. Erika is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and I would definitely consider her an expert in her field. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. If you are in need of healing for whatever reason, I would highly recommend Heal Thyself Counseling, as they are true to their name.

Heal Thyself Counseling Services has been my saving grace during this pandemic. Erika feels like a friend that tells me what I need to hear even when I don't want to hear it. But she is also receptive to my emotional and mental state and alters her approach as needed. She is genuinely concerned about my whole well-being and I have been healing for the last 18 months. I would recommend Heal Thyself Counseling Services to everyone! As long as it doesn't interfere with my appointment, lol.
