Hamdard Health Addison

Joanna Romero joined us in our Family Liaison meeting in Addison School District 4. She did a great job informing us of the services/resources at Hamdard. We are excited to work along side with her to help our families!

JoAnna Romero came to our family liaison meeting today to share the services that Hamdard has to offer. She was very personable and passionate about the work that she does. She personalized how the services can benefit our families. Great to know we have such an amazing resource in Addison.

I’m so happy to have contacted Hamdard health. I had been struggling to find health insurance for my grandmother due to her being undocumented but Marilyn made everything feel so easy. She was beyond helpful and informed me of medical insurance that my grandma could qualify for. Which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Marilyn also went out of her way and provided me resources to utility assistance programs that could possibly help my grandma. Which was very helpful especially in these hard times. Thank you Marilyn for going above and beyond for my grandmother and I we greatly appreciate it.

I highly recommend coming to this clinic. The girls at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Thank you Jimena, Denise and Jessica for always greeting the patients with a smile and a positive attitude (: The RN Elsa, and the MA’s Crystal and Lisa are awesome. (: Valerie demonstrates such care for her patients. Casi in the behavioral health department was very patient with me when I was inquiring about seeing a counselor. With all the questions I had, at the end she demonstrated patience and understanding, and I was able to see a counselor. :)

I’ve been going to Hamdard Health in Addison for 3+ years to see Dr. Valerie Lelle. She makes a doctors visit very pleasant. She’s a great listener and I always feel my concerns are heard and my feelings are taken into consideration. You can tell she really cares and has a profound capacity for empathy. I truly feel taken care of. I particularly like that Valerie will go out of her way to research a topic and gather additional information to help with my care.

The nurses, front desk reception, and support staff are all very nice and respectful. I have never had an issue.
