Grant was very helpful to get us into a car. They do seem a little short staffed in the finance dept., only one guy otherwise would definitely buy from again in the future.

I’ve been taking my car to Gregory Hyundai in Highland Park for a few years now. I work nearby so it’s really convenient for me. John and Ned in service always manages to squeeze me in for an appointment last minute. They are always honest and trustworthy about what I need to get done for my car. There have been a couple times that they even provided me with a rental while servicing my car. They really go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. I will continue to take my car to Gregory Hyundai and would recommend anyone needing quality service done to come to them.

I rarely, if ever, post reviews. I was in the market for a new Genesis, but with the supply chain issues, there were very limited choices. Most dealerships have used this to their advantage by charging exorbitant additional mark-up fees, noting that the MSRP was only a “Recommended” price. It is also no news flash that they also stick you on your trade-in. To make matters worse, I live in Wisconsin and was now “fishing” in the northern Chicago market ready to really get “taken for a ride”. My experience with Gregory Auto Group was nothing short of exceptional. From Fernando, the knowledgeable and personable sales person, to Kris, the sales manager who did everything he could to get me the best deal on my trade-in and a very competitive price on the new Genesis, to Justin who took care of all the financial aspects, my buying experience was not only painless, but very enjoyable. Paul is a great agent. He really takes the time to get to know you, your needs and ensure you have proper coverage.
