They delivered beyond my expectations. Also I’d just gotten off the airplane from VA and the owner made everything better. He showed us levels of production, his commitment to his product, understanding of the D9, and even made my best friend and I laugh quite a bit. I should have ordered all my other line jackets from here. The customer service is also excellent; the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and helping me design my jacket. 10/10.
