I am currently getting treatment here after an auto accident. Phenomenal experience! If you go here in pain, they will definitely be able to minimize at the very least and/or alleviate your issues. You may even notice drastic changes after one visit. They will teach you stretches and exercises you can do at home. Pleasant front office staff, very efficient. Physical therapists are beyond excellent. Highly recommend for physical therapy or occupational therapy.
I had both knees replaced and I went to Genesis in Whiting for Physical Therapy. The girls are excellent and work with you until you are pain free. I recommend if you need physical therapy to go to Genesis. They monitor you and are very professional. You won't b sorry.
The front staff were excellent. April was very kind and made clear if paperwork was in order. The therapist was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my every movement. Assisted me as well when i need an extra stretch. To me it was vey important. Most people dont want to get near you nor take work serious. They truly want to help. Highly recommend Genesis Rehab.
Genesis Rehab is an outstanding place to receive therapy. The Therapists are so kind, caring and provide one on one hands on therapy. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable and will answer all questions you may have. April, their receptionist is very accommodating and is also a perfectionist when you need assistance with scheduling and insurance matters. What a great group of people and I appreciate each of you.
I have been extremely impressed by the incredibly talented physical therapists at Genesis! When I started therapy, I was nearly immobilized by back pain. Thanks to Charru, Shakti's and the team's careful observation and creative care, I am once again able to go about my day as normal. Their approach included massage, strength training, needling, stretches, cupping, heating/icing, electric stimulation, and more!!
