Security man, Joe, was very professional and friendly, so I am giving it 5 stars. People like Joe make our job better! Drop and hook, put in door and removed empty from door. Quick drop and hook.

SECOND VISIT:
Arrived at 2:30pm, checked in with guard. Had to do a bit of maneuvering to drop the trailer into a narrow slot, then even more maneuvering to pick up the loaded trailer. The slots are so ridiculously together that you cannot turn the crank to lower the trailer. Took some work and ingenuity to work it out. in and out in one hour for a drop and hook

FIRST VISIT:
Arrived at 9:35 am, and had three trucks in line ahead us at the guard shack. (It took 12 minutes to get to the guard shack.) The lot is a bit tight to maneuver, but we were lucky enough to find a spot of doors with no trailers so we could turn around, otherwise you have to blindside at the wrong angle to drop the trailer. (Drop and hook) We picked up our loaded trailer and were out in under 30 minutes.

Check in was quick. Dropped my loaded trailer at the gate and bobtailed to C lot for my empty. The trailers are crammed like sardines in there, hence the 4 star. Whoever thinks that people can squeeze into a 4 inch space and still be able to crank the landing gear is crazy.

It’s ok guard was cool sick as hell but cool n if u can’t even figure out how to turn around then u get a 👎(just back into a door n that’s that) there’s overnight parking in a small lot just pass entrance n turn left all the way down on ur left empty lot (gravel)
