I was very satisfied with the routine maintenance the staff at Joe Cotton performed on my vehicle. I have been going there for years and have always been treated well. They are very good at keeping me informed on the my vehicles progress. I highly recommend Joe Cotton for any routine service.

First time ever being at Joe Cotton Ford. I went in for recall service and I was very pleased. I arrived shortly before they opened to drop off my vehicle and the technician helped me anyways. I needed some clarification with what the recall covered exactly and the technician took the time to answer my questions. Service was prompt and the communication with them was excellent. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous! They were so easy to work with!
Quick hassle-free check in and pick up,
quick turn around on the repairs,
repairs make the car run like a champ, repairs were covered under my extended warranty, courteous and helpful staff (rare these days!), just an all around great experience! Oh, they also gave my car a quick wash and did my windows! Excellent!!

The service department did an excellent job in repairing the problem with my transmission slipping! I was especially thankful that they performed the work under the power train warrany. I could see in the notes that the technician was very thorough in performing the repair and testing the vehicle. Also, Jordan was very professional and friendly while keeping me informed of the progress of the work.
