The staff is so nice. Everyone is polite and respectful. Building is well cleaned and put together. Best dentist visit I’ve ever had in a long time.

Excellent customer service from check-in to the end of service! The Orthodontist and his assistants are absolutely awesome!!! Professional and caring. I have not experienced or witnessed this much investment in patient care in all the years I’ve worn my braces. OMG the way they work together and with patients is impressive and remarkable! No long waiting either! It takes me almost 2 hours travel time to get there and I don’t mind! I’ll drive 3 hours for the service. Thank you Familia Dental TEAM in ADDISON IL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I was recommended by my daughter and was reluctant due to the drive. I’m glad I went! My next visit will only be my 3rd and my braces are coming off!!

Always get you in right away if you have an emergency... and I mean same day right away. Everyone is friendly. The dentists take pride in what they do and go above and beyond, along with showing compassion for what you're going through. This place is quite a drive from where I live so I left to find somewhere closer. It's important to have a dentist you can trust. I'm now back here because the quality, care, and concern are unmatched!

Great dentistry. Was able to be seen same day for an emergency even though they were booked. They allowed me to sit in and wait for a no-show which did happen. Dentist was informative, mindful of my pain and very nice overall. Recommend to everyone.

Great service. Painless and they are very patient. They try to accommodate you as much as possible to make you feel good while they’re taking care of you. I recommend all my family members to go there for their customer service.
