I had some paint mess up on the door of my side locker. It seemed like the finish came off of it. It feels like flat paint but is suppose to be glossy. I’ve emailed them 3 times telling them the problem I’m having and 2 times they gave me the run around and the 3rd time they completely ignored me. (Editing my review. I finally received a new door that was promised.)
Best tool cabinet I've ever bought. Great customer service too. George was extremely personable and got my questions resolved no hassle. Have the 55" 12 drawer unit - I'd buy any of their products again.
