Saved my life. Erin is one of those incredible people that has the ability to change the world. I saw her on a recommendation of a friend after receiving a Bells Palsy diagnosis from my Physician. I walked out of her office an hour later and felt immediately better; 4 hours later my symptoms were nearly completely erased.

I have suffered for at least 10 years with chronic pain - neck, back, shoulder, hands, hips...you name it - pain that just nagged at me daily and really made life harder than it should be. After years of chiropractors and therapists, I was finally introduced to Erin White. She has changed my life! All of these years of chronic pain - and WOW it is gone! I don't know how she does it, but she is amazingly skilled and intuitive, and can find problem areas you would never even know mattered! I suffered with a stiff, slightly swollen knee for about 4 years. I sought therapy at several places. Nothing changed. Then I found Erin White. She used her myofascial release technique...a very gentle manipulation. During the session, I thought, "Well, what she's doing can't possibly be effective," but it was ! After two visits, the swelling went down and the stiffness was gone.
I recently consulted with Erin regarding my spine issues which have affected my gait. She encouraged me to make an appointment with a spine doctor with an expertise in scoliosis. Erin was there to clarify his
findings and to ask pertinent questions regarding possible treatment.
Erin has a unique ability to use layman's terms and word pictures to explain what my body is doing and why. She has made helpful suggestions on how to modify my movements to reduce discomfort.
I am so grateful to have found such a caring, skilled therapist.

Erin is my go to for all my physical therapy needs. I personally call her my “body engineer”. Her therapy unlike most is hands on one to one for a complete hour. She has helped me heal from both spinal fusion and a mastectomy. In both cases her myofascial release techniques combined with strategic movements have allowed me to purposefully exercise to build the strength needed to heal. No healing comes without work and some regression. However, when needed Erin has provided the extra support so that I understand what has happened and how I can correct and move forward again. The bonus has been with her explanations I have become so much more aware of my own body needs. End result, less PT visits and sustained health!!

I was experiencing a great deal of backpain. It had me lying down for most of the day. I had little hope of alleviating the pain because I could not see how I would be able to visit Erin. In desperation I gave her a call and we had a FaceTime virtual session. She was able to remotely diagnose the root cause of my pain and propose some exercises to correct the imbalance in my back. Erin kept checking back with me even through the weekend, evaluating my progress and suggesting changes to my routine. It took a while as she chased the pain as it migrated to different parts of body as I got back to normal but I finally know again what it Is like not to be in constant pain.

Erin is better than an 800 mg ibuprofen combined with a 500 mg Tylenol.
