Their honest demeanor and being local sold me. The job price ended up being higher because of plywood that needed to be replaced and two layers of shingles to rip off. But they warned me I might have these expenses, so I wasn’t surprised. The job foreman was easy to work with. What was best was the turn around time. Including permitting, they had final inspection paperwork and a clean job site for me three weeks after initial deposit. So fast. The office staff was professional and responsive. Seems like a well run family business. I would highly recommend.
