Contacted them on a Monday, they picked my car up on Wednesday and I received my car on Sunday. Easiest transaction and delivery. Great service and available when I wanted to inquire on the status of my car.

Eagle was one of two companies I saw online who had both a high rating and a good number of past reviews. The other company quoted me $1,500 to ship from the Midwest to the West Coast, and they were skeptical that anyone else could come in lower than that: "Oh, they'll quote you a lower price, but then the driver will demand extra money. You'll see that all the time."

But Rossi and the team at Eagle were professional and consistent. They quoted me $1,100, and they never wavered. The driver was prompt and helpful. And my car showed up in great shape, in just 5 days (others said they'd need 6-7 days to get the car to my place).

All in all, a perfect job by Eagle.

If you are moving out of the Chicago area to another metropolis, it would be prudent to stop your search now and get a quote from Eagle Auto Transport. I consulted with around 10 different companies for moving my car from Chicago to Portland, Oregon, and all of them were ridiculously overpriced and/or had very bad reviews indicating shady business practices (e.g., suddenly increasing the quote after the vehicle has been taken, late deliveries, etc). Eagle Auto Transport gave me a very reasonable quote (the cheapest, by far) that they stuck with. Furthermore, their customer service was incredibly professional and responsive to my concerns. My auto transport driver was also very courteous and communicated to me during the move, and my car arrived on time with zero issues. I will use them again in the future, if I am ever planning another long distance move!

Excellent services, they responded within hours of my inquiry and recommended pick up date based on when the vehicle needed to be in its destination. The driver arrive the date and time it was reserved for and kept us informed throughout the trip. I will recommended to anyone. The price was not bad either.

We were having our daughter's vehicle moved from Portland to Chicago. We spoke with many of the "big name" auto moving companies and no one could give us a date certain as to when our car would/could be picked up and delivered and they cost many hundreds of $$ more. Eagle Auto Transport gave me 1 quote, nothing extra, no extra delivery fees, nothing, and they were able to give me an accurate window for pickup and delivery. They actually picked up earlier and dropped off earlier, which we really appreciated. The driver (Eddie) was a super nice guy on both ends - with my daughter and with us. . He stayed in touch with us and gave us an approximate ETA and finally, made sure it was at a time that was most convenient to our schedule. He did such a good job, we gave him a tip, which he did not expect and was definitely grateful for. The vehicle was in excellent shape and the few items packed inside arrived safe and sound. In this crazy and oftentimes confusing world of auto transport, Eagle came out with 5 stars in our book. They are a local company to where we live and I'm so glad we went with them instead of one of the "biggies", further proving that bigger isn't always better. Thank you Rossi and Eddie!
