    Clayton and Tyler K performed our faucet and garbage disposal installation for our kitchen makeover. They were very thorough and efficient and did a great job. Also very personable and answered all our questions. I Highly recommend their services.

    Once I got connected to DRF Water Heater Services, everything from that point on was "smooth." My plumbers noted problems with the original installation and corrected them during their installation.

    They did a great job putting my sink in the new countertop and hooking up the garbage disposal and a new hot water dispenser and the faucet. They took out the old pipe and replaced with new. It was organized well and they cleaned up well. I especially liked that the putty around the sink is primarily on the inside and is not showing on the top of the sink and countertop. Very clean and neat looking. Thank you for doing a great job. And special thanks for the “extra” thing you did fixing the filtration filters. I didn’t ask you to do it, but you saw that it needed to be done and you did it. Thank you!

    After interviewing many Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities, I decided to move my mom to Lakeview Memory Care mainly because I felt an instant connection with Denise Holt the Director of Sales and also because they had preventions in place for people who are a high fall risk. I didn't know it yet but I really lucked out! So did my mom.

    I didn't think my mom would be around much longer because she wasn't eating much and is in her mid nineties. Within two months of moving in, her weight went from 88 pounds back to 115! For the first time ever, she's participating in activities and loves bingo! I don't dare interrupt her at Bingo! Who is this person? She even loves the music and the entertainment!
    The staff is so loving and caring. They are like family to my mom.
    Penny the Business Manager has helped me tremendously, especially in the beginning with my many questions, as well as Maria the Director of Nursing, Joey whom my mom treats like her grandson and Olivia Chavez the Director of Lakeview Memory Care. She is so understanding! Olivia sends out regular updates on the community so we always know what's going on. With the Covid quarantine it's a tremendous help. I never got updates elsewhere. Also there is a monthly Zoom call to discuss dementia behaviors.
    The kindness, patience, and helpfulness of everyone for the residents and families is amazing. Since my mom moved in I don't have to worry! It's a huge weight off my shoulders. I can't recommend them enough!

    Lakeview is what every memory care community should strive to be. From the very first moment I walked in the building, I could tell this community is different in all the right ways. Penny, the receptionist, is always welcoming and able to help anyone who comes in the door, and she and the other staff truly make everyone feel like family. The care, social life, sense of community, and attention to detail at Lakeview are always exceptional. Even under COVID, Lakeview still somehow manages to provide so much love, care, and support. Staff are not strangers here and Denise (Community Relations), Sharon (Director of Nursing) and Olivia (Administrator) somehow always make themselves available no matter how busy they are. Anyone with a loved one at Lakeview can rest easy knowing they're getting the best care around.

    We chose Lakeview because it was our parents’ wish to live together in a companion suite. Lakeview was highly recommended by Harbor Light Hospice. Denise Holt guided us during a very difficult COVID transition with all the necessary info, along with her emotional support.
    Our parents are safe and thriving at Lakeview due to the efforts of the entire team of Lakeview staff. The medical team is observant for changes in health and behavior and always accessible. Marie, Jennifer and Sandra are quick to return our phone calls if we have concerns or questions. In addition to the outstanding medical care, Lakeview’s goal is to provide excellent quality of life for their residents. Joey and the team of caregivers, the coordinators of the daily social activities, the people who provide the dining services have built relationships with our parents.
    The communication between Lakeview and the families of residents is outstanding. Olivia writes a letter to families that we receive regularly, sharing updates or announcing new programs and opportunities for families to engage with our parents. Her commitment to adhere to strict health department guidelines has kept the residents and staff Covid-free.
    Diane, Penny and the team of people at reception are very accommodating and help us find resources for questions we may have.
    Our family highly recommends Lakeview. We are grateful that our parents reside in a Community that truly cares about them.

    Denise was able to react very quickly & get my father moved from "variable quality" home care to Lakeview. I have been a volunteer board member of a low-income independent living facility, seen different assisted & memory care facillities, and have family run businesses as clients & this "model" is great & their pride & training shows ! The staff are all very nice ! It is single floor memory-care only, great layout & it has been a huge relief to my mother to find care so close to her house.

    My mom has been living here since May, 2018. After looking at many memory care facilities, nothing compared to Lakeview! Not only is it beautiful inside and outside, the staff is the most caring, compassionate group I’ve ever met. They treat my mom as if she was the only resident. What amazes me is that I can speak to any person on staff and they all can update me on how she’s is doing. This is because they work so well in conjunction with each other. If I have a request, I find that the staff already took care of it before I even asked! Plus, my mom is free to roam the facility 24 hours a day (she likes walking the halls at night) and someone is always there to walk with her and keep her company. I enjoy spending time there myself, participating in the daily activities, meeting other residents and their families, or just enjoying the outdoors with my mom. A big thank you to Lakeview and also to the Koelsch family for understanding those living with dementia and designing the perfect facility for them!
