(March 22, 2023, 8:22 pm)We had our puppy neutered, we were well informed up front of everything that would be done with him, of all charges, what to expect once we got him home. We picked him up with his tail wagging and went home with all needed meds and clear and concise written instructions. Charlie and we couldn’t be happier with our Minooka Hospital team.

(February 22, 2023, 1:35 pm)The care was excellent. Dr. Simon also handled our pet with care, compassion, and wisdom. This was also the first time in maybe 10 years I did not feel rushed by the vet. She wanted to know exactly what happened and how our pet was acting before and while he was sick. She answered our questions and, again, did NOT rush us. That is so rare these days. She seems like she actually likes her job and animals too, which is not my experience with my previous vet who is very pessimistic in nature. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the pricing seemed VERY overpriced. They actually seemed identical to the VCA aurora or other emergency vet facility. For example, blood work was $199. I asked why so much, and they said because they run it in house. My usual vet also runs his blood work in house and I swear blood work was never $199...maybe $112 tops.
Maybe there's a ridiculous price increase in vet care...again...but that still seemed way too high. Total visit came to a little over $420. I feel like that's only $100 shy of what I may have spent at a vca/emergency clinic.
So long story short, pricing too expensive, but vet care by Dr. Simon compassionate, kind and good and people skills compassionate, kind and good. -

(January 21, 2023, 12:39 pm)We have been bringing our Labrador’s to Dr Simon for over 15 years. Our latest visit was by far one of the most caring and knowledgeable yet.
Trust and communication are always top priority and all folks on site set the standard for both of these traits. -
