Jamie was so very patient and answered all our questions and concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured. She was very knowledgeable and explained all our options so we could make the best choice of a plan. Above and beyond customer service!

(March 11, 2023, 8:00 pm)Today I went in to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S20 to an S23. Muhammad was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He ensured all of my data was transferred over to the new phone. I had brought my energetic 4 year old with me and he didn't mind how fidgety she was. Muhammad made sure I received every discount that I was eligible to receive, and he was generous enough to ensure my new phone had all the necessary protection (a case, a screen cover, etc.) He even did the liquid glass cover for me because I do not have steady hands. I highly recommend if you are visiting this store that you ask for him. Thanks, Muhammad! It was a pleasure doing business with you!
