Dieterle and their whole staff, namely Roy and Bridgette, were exceptional, communicative, and compassionate yet professional during such a difficult time for our family. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs and requests were met and exceeded. I struggle to find the words to express my gratitude for Bridgette. We recently lost my brother under very difficult circumstances. Bridgette went above and beyond to assist with his cremation and getting him from IL to SC. To find someone with her level of compassion and willingness to assist and work with my family during this incredibly difficult time in our lives is not easy to come by. If there is a way- Bridgette will make it happen.

Planning a funeral for your mom…..she brought you into this world….and now you must help her fly home. Bridgette and the entire staff at Dieterle’s was there every step of the way on this journey we were taking. Cindy arrived after my moms passing and immediately showed compassion and said she will take good care of her…..as if she was still there…spoken like a family member….she was amazing.

The planning and level of comfort they provided to our family was beyond measurable. Bridgette had it all covered…..from advice on flowers, prayer cards, music, tribute photos, coordination with our church—everything. There was nothing that she didn’t do for us. In a quick phone call….I asked for a couple of last minute things….her reply was….done and done! The staff attending to our wake was professional and accommodating to our every need. Rich and Corey helped make our time celebrating our mom a little easier to handle.
