(March 17, 2023, 12:36 pm)I was having a rough start to the day. Going to Delta Sonic location, and my battery died in the parking lot!! horrible right ?! NOPE not only was it easy to get service but, it was the BEST SERVICE I’ve had in a long time. Trip made feel more welcoming, almost like family. I recommend anyone to go get services regardless of what it is! That was all Wednesday. Friday I was met with the same if not better better experience from the Delta sonic staff. Thank you, Larry, and thank you to all of the associates I came in contact with.

I asked why my overhead mirror flap wasn't cleaned and she stated we don't have the stuff to clean it with. My seats looked as though no soap touched them at all. I paid a 179.00 for a service and I was highly DISAPPOINTED by Delta Sonic,. Provide your staff with professional responses and less attitude.
Today, 3-14-23, I received a call from Delta Sonic. I was shocked, but happy. I spoke with Larry, who listened to my complaint and the issue that I had with staff. He was genuinely concerned about the impression that I was left with. Larry invited me to return to Sonic, so that my issues could be addressed. He did just that,. I left Delta Sonic reassured and happy. I will continue using there services. THANK YOU Larry -

(January 3, 2023, 1:07 am)Friendly and quick. Price is very reasonable. Took a little longer then what they originally said, but quicker then other places told me. Even tho they were quick their work didn’t lack perfection. Still smells and looks clean weeks later. Will go only to them for future detail and car washes.
