Everyone at Dekalb Sycamore Cadillac was amazing!!! Our sales rep Cassie made everything super simple from the moment we walked in the door, to when we received the keys for our new XT5. John in finance was great as well. He made the financial side very easy to understand and made sure you know exactly what you’re paying for. Those two are the best!!! Went there to look at a car for the grand daughter. They had it on the lot. Older car, but priced right. They actually lowered the price after I had already agreed to buy it. They are a great bunch of people to work with. I will definitely consider them when I am in need of another vehicle.
