I hired Steve and The Creative Approach Builders team to update my Townhome. I spoke to 3 other companies and got estimates - ultimately deciding to go with Creative Approach. The owner, Steve was so nice to talk with and I appreciated his honesty and patience with me through the whole process. He helped me determine what was best and even advised on some ways to save money. They cleaned up damaged drywall, patched and painted the walls, updated the flooring and make other cosmetic changes around my unit. Steve was responsive, the prices were very fair and the crew did excellent work!! They were all easy to work with and Steve facilitated a smooth process, keeping his promise to get the job done in time for move in! I would use the Creative Approach again in the future and highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with the whole team of The Creative Approach Builders and Remodelers, Inc. From the initial consult to the design service and the team who executed the work, everything flowed seamlessly. They turned an old bath into a beautiful master shower in record time. Working with Steve on the design made our decision easy - how does anyone choose a tile without help?!? Steve had excellent communication and stopped by often to ensure everything was going well. Rafal was incredibly respectful, always arrived promptly, and always left the house clean so I never had to worry about my young kids getting hurt or into something they shouldn’t. The whole experience with this team was smooth, and the quality of work was exceptional - I am already planning on having them here for my next project.

Wonderful experience with Steve and his amazing team. Finished my whole basement including putting in a full bathroom. Even my dad was impressed. I worked with Steve for years and can't recommend him enough.

I am very glad to give a reference for The Creative Approach Builders and Remodelers, Inc., Steve Lauer, owner; on our recent basement construction. We purchase our new home and wanted to finish the basement. The square footage was approximately 2100 feet of unfinished area. After the drawings were submitted we agreed on 1300 sq. ft. of living area. The rest would be storage.
From the start to finish, everything was done very professionally. Through putting up the framework to the laying of the floor, the workers were efficient and knowledgeable.
The best experience o the construction was our personal input in every aspect. We decided on changing parts of the construction supplements other than what Steve offered. This was accepted by Steve with no hassle.
Working with Steve and his workers was an easy and professional endeavor.
We will be hiring Steve to do other construction work on our home in the future.

Steve was very professional and honest with us in providing a quote, as well as working within our budget. All throughout the process he and Tony were open and helpful. They knew that we were looking to stay within a fairly restricted budget, but still worked with us to build what I needed while still being within what we could afford. They made the recommendation of adding a drain system, which was not part of the original plan, but we're glad we had them add it. The only other additional cost was that I wanted more electrical work done than what was in our original plan. We had: concrete removal, a drain system installed, new concrete poured, and a room built in the new space. Steve and Tony worked hard to accommodate my crazy ideas, including hooking up HVAC silencer boxes that I built myself.

In order to help out with the budget all woodworking and painting was left to me, which I'm still in the process of finishing. I found everyone's conduct to be very professional and courteous throughout. Steve estimated that the project would be about a month, and they were finished in 19 days. So awesome.

The next time that I have a home project I'll definitely be calling Steve again. I had a great experience working with them.
