Computer Prodigies

Great prices, flexible and accommodating service, good people. This was the only repair shop in Chicago who took on the challenge of fixing my broken Galaxy 8S Active phone. They also took on a major project of tracking down scarce parts for my old Dell laptop and brought it back to life. Be careful parking on the street in front of the shop. People speed around the blind bend in the road.

The owner of this shop was very helpful. I walked in to get my charging port fixed on my phone and he just cleaned it out and had it working. Didn’t even need to be replaced. Didn’t charge me a dollar either. He definitely could have just said it was broken and charged me. Nice to find an honest repair place. This will easily be my go to for repair stores now. Would give 6 stars if they let me.

Incredible service!!!! I came in to the office Monday morning to find a broken main computer, with a hard drive about to crash. I called them and they walked me through unhooking everything and ensured me they could look at it right away since this was for my business. They understood I am completely unable to work until the computer was fixed. They quickly backup all my data, and installed a brand new hard drive without me losing any of my important work information. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

This shop is amazing!! I was going crazy trying to figure out where and who I could trust to fix my Mac Laptop after the screen broke...Called and spoke to the owner and he was very understanding and explained the options and the pricing which in all honesty had I gone to Apple or anyone else definitely would have been much more expensive...As a DJ I make part of my living from this laptop and I needed it back ASAP which they were pretty fast as well....From now on the one and only shop that will repair any of my computers!!!

I manage a neighboring business and within our first week opening we had a computer issue that literally had our shop shut down. Got lucky enough to on a whim stop into this store and the owner who was busy dropped what he was doing to help me out. Customer service seems to be last on the list nowadays at a lot of places but not here. Very friendly and understanding. Bailed us out right away and pretty much saved the rest of our day. Nice to see a small business that takes pride in their work and genuinely care. Thanks again!
