He was great at determining our goals and preferences wrt. our project--a bathtub-to-shower conversion. Dave has a thorough knowledge of the merits of his product versus competitors, as well as the numerous pitfalls of using a general contractor versus the many advantages of hiring Comfort Shower & Bath--the exclusive installer of Jacuzzi bathroom products in the Chicagoland area.

Dave did an excellent job of explaining the quality of the product. He was expert at speaking with us throughout the design process, where we determined which colors, features, and upgrades we desired. The goal is to design your ideal bathroom architecture and look, then Dave superbly figures out how to fit the project with your budget. By utilizing many savings deals, Dave can bring your project in at an affordable cost. He can modify your options to reduce the price as much as needed. The one year from date of installation, same as cash offer sealed the deal.

Was having issues with my shower. I placed a call and spoke with Nina. She made all the arrangements to have a technician come and assess the problem. She was able to get me the help I needed within 24 hours. Angelo, the technician, arrived as promised and promptly went to work assessing the problem. We converted our tub to a walk-in shower and are thrilled with the results. We were impressed with the skill and expertise of the installers and plumbers. After the installation was complete, a few touch-up tasks were required. The follow-up team tweaked the plumbing and repaired a section of the wall around a window, The technician matched the paint perfectly. Comfort’s customer service has been excellent. Thanks to all of the Comfort staff for a job well done.

Comfort Shower and Bath is a fantastic company to do business with. They come out right away for a quote and discuss all your options. When you have decided the customer service support team is with you all the way. It may take some time for installation but believe me it's well worth it. They installed it on time and I had a few minor issues and they came right back out and fixed it perfect. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

I’m very happy with comfort Shower and Bath. Joseph V., our salesman did a great job selling us what and how we wanted the walk in shower to look without being pushy and Michelle, the project manager was always on top of things keeping us informed on the progress of the project and when finally the shower came I could have not asked for a better installer than Ron and Jan. They did an awesome job, very clean and meticulous. After the job was done they did a follow up to ask if everything was ok with the work. And I can’t leave Samantha, the call taker out of this. She was always pleasant whenever I called in and returns with an answer in a timely manner. Excellent job! Love my walk in shower! Definitely would recommend Comfort shower and Bath.
