Have know Ron for 34 yrs always gives great affordable service.

My television was acting up and I immediately expected the worst; no matter what finagling I did, I wasn't able to fix the issue. I called up Colorvision and spoke to Ron. After getting him my TV's make details, he did a good deal of research, completely free of charge. Ron called me back with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. He was incredibly professional and affable--Ron was also very honest about pricing and did a good job explaining the potential causes and remedies to me in terms I could understand.

Although my TV issue corrected itself the next day (I suspect a grounding issue or loose internals), I can say with 100% certainty that I'll be contacting Colorvision when my TV decides to bug out more permanently.

This place is great. Both my TV's were struck by lighting and would not even turn on. To replace them would have been over 3k and these guys got everything back to brand new for less than 600 bucks! I highly recommend! THANK YOU!

The lamp burned out on my Mitsubishi, 65 inch TV. The owner of Colorvision Services, Ron, assured us that we could save ourselves a service call by removing the lamp ourselves and bringing it in, which we did. Ron cleaned the lamp box and checked the wiring all for a price comparable to the cost I was finding online.

Back home, when I replaced the lamp, the TV's sound no longer worked. A coincidence? I didn't think so. So, I called to set up a service appointment. However, Ron asked me instead if he could trouble-shoot the problem over the phone to save me the cost of sending a repairman to my house. During the nearly one hour call, Ron twice "stepped away" briefly to interact with other customers but always came back focused on my problem.

Through a series of his very specific questions and my (sometimes very complicated) responses to his directives, he patiently guided me to the conclusion that I had inadvertently plugged a loose HDMI cable into the wrong TV outlet. DUH!

When I asked how much I owed him for his time, Ron replied, "No charge. Happy Holidays! Just say nice things about me to your friends."

So, to friends and strangers I say, "Ron and Colorvision Services are the greatest!"
